Vietnamese Marketing Manager

Responsible for the customer service operations and employee management functions. He/she affirms that KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met and employees are continuously trained and developed to be able to observe and meet the level of standards set by the company and by the clients as well. The CS Manager fosters an efficient process for setting benchmarks and performance criteria with the Vietnamese CS Team.


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience in creating and executing online marketing campaigns.

Must be familiar with the underlying research methods such as data collection, analysis, testing hypothesis and coming up with recommendations.

Must have strong leadership skills and the ability to choose the right people, train and motivate team members.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Experience in MS Office.
