**About the Role**

The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services forour financial services client account to help achieve the company's strategicbusiness objectives. The Sr. Project Manager will lead MEP infrastructureconstruction projects for the client's regional data centers including UPSpower, HVAC, chillers, and fire suppression systems.

This job is part of the Project Management functionresponsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. **Role isonsite at our client data center in Columbus, OH.**

**What You'll Do**

Manage all areas of project management for multiple realestate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, andcloseout.

Interface directly with client to lead client MOP (Methodof Procedure) process for scheduling all data center construction relatedactivity.

May ensure standard methodologies are followed for design and delivery ofcritical facility system components and equipment.

Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of theproject. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resourcerequirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones,quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualifiedlists or through the project qualification process. Conduct complex requestsfor proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Facilitate the development of a charter and integratedtimeline.

Ensure all functions remain on schedule and issues getresolved or escalated.

Facilitate regular meetings to review project status foractive and pending projects.

Collaborate to develop solutions and guide the project teamthrough implementation and completion.

Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depthknowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise inmost or all areas within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Anticipatespotential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and ofdivergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project,or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided byfunctional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/oroperational plans in support of achieving functional goals.

**What You'll Need**

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the UnitedStates without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ MEP construction experience in mission critical facilities required. Data Center facilities experience.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). MS Project or equivalent project management software experience.

+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $160,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
