Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the operations of KA Radio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our team, coordinating broadcasts, maintaining smooth station operations, and ensuring the growth and success of the station.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a remote team of presenters, staff, and volunteers.
Oversee daily station operations and ensure broadcasts run smoothly.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate shows and programming.
Support team training and development on broadcasting tools (Mixxx, Zeno.fm).
Monitor station performance metrics and listener engagement.
Manage relationships with partners, advertisers, and collaborators.
Ensure compliance with broadcasting standards and regulations.
