Overview
Cardinal Health's Learning Development & Delivery team develops, deploys, and evaluates learning solutions that support employee development and organizational capability. This role focuses on delivering instructor-led training and supporting training processes that maximize learner value.
What You'll Do
Facilitate outstanding virtual instructor-led training (vILT) and help create a welcoming new-hire experience
Support training and skills improvement for new and existing call center employees
Deliver vILT as needed in alignment with an aggressive release schedule
Partner with the Learning Business Partner to deploy learning strategy
Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend curriculum updates
Create/update job aids, presentations, quick reference guides, and assessments
Stay current on training industry trends and incorporate best practices
Grow toward consultative learning support (identifying opportunities, performance improvement mindset, coaching/feedback)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of related experience preferred
Experience facilitating virtual and in-person training; proficiency with Zoom and Teams
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight timelines
Willing to travel up to 10%
