About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This position requires a professional individual who can effectively manage executive schedules, coordinate communications, oversee administrative processes, and contribute to the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities.
Coordinate meetings, video conferences, and company events.
Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and business documentation.
Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
Conduct research and prepare information for executive meetings and projects.
Monitor ongoing projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication platforms.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
