Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our data management operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across multiple systems while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with information in a structured environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within company databases and software systems.

Review documents and records to ensure information is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Identify and correct data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies.

Organize and manage electronic records and digital filing systems.

Generate reports and assist with data collection, tracking, and analysis.

Conduct routine audits to verify data accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Retrieve and provide information from databases when requested.

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.

Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.

Support administrative projects and other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, records management, or a related field preferred.

Strong typing skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
