Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Remote Patient Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and support to our patients. This role serves as a key point of contact, helping patients with scheduling, inquiries, account updates, and general administrative assistance while ensuring a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and online communication channels.
* Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as needed.
* Provide information regarding services, procedures, and office policies.
* Assist patients with completing forms and updating personal information.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and outstanding requests.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member.
* Ensure all patient interactions are handled professionally and confidentially.
* Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and support to enhance patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, medical or dental administration preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based software.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
