Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Finish Carpenter / Interior Construction Technician.

Finish Carpenter / Interior Construction Technician Job Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime available as needed.

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)

Location: Columbus, OH 43207

Finish Carpenter / Interior Construction Technician Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on finish carpentry or related construction experience (schooling alone does not qualify)

Proven work history demonstrating reliability and consistent attendance

Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform precise measurements

Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift

About the Finish Carpenter / Interior Construction Technician Role

As a Finish Carpenter / Interior Construction Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Performing finish carpentry work, including precise miter cuts and detailed trim installations

Assembling and installing cabinetry, furniture, fixtures, and custom millwork

Installing soap dispensers, towel dispensers, coat hooks, blinds, valances, and other interior fixtures

Measuring, cutting, fitting, and securing materials according to project specifications

Reading and interpreting measurements to ensure accurate installations

Using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely and efficiently

Inspecting completed work to ensure quality standards are met

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Following all company safety policies and procedures

Working closely with team members to complete projects on schedule
