At Electron Beam Technologies, we're searching for a Customer Service Representative who can take ownership of the customer experience, challenge the status quo, and bring fresh ideas to the table. We want someone who sees opportunities for improvement, isn't afraid to ask "why," and has the drive to help us build a world-class customer service function.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Lead customer service initiatives
Help implement, optimize, and improve CRM/CSM systems and processes
Serve as a CRM champion, ensuring customer data is accurate, actionable, and leveraged to improve service
Identify opportunities to improve communication, responsiveness, and customer engagement
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Influence how we serve our customers in the future
We're looking for someone who:
Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Has strong customer service experience
Is a CRM guru who understands how to use systems, data, and workflows to drive better customer outcomes
Enjoys digging into processes and finding ways to improve efficiency and visibility
Thinks strategically and proactively
Is organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Brings ideas, not excuses
