Job description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

§ Design and develop customizations and extensions in IBM Sterling OMS.

§ Have L2/L3 support experience.

§ Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on best practices.

§ Integrate Sterling OMS with external systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, eCommerce platforms).

§ Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.

§ Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of Sterling OMS.

§ Ensure quality delivery through code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning

§ Maintain technical documentation and support deployment activities.

#Required Skills & Qualifications:

§ Degree in Engineering

§ 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS

§ Experience with Sterling OMS configurations, pipeline design, and order orchestration.

§ Experience with SBC and NextGen COM/SOM as well as OrderHub.

§ Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP Web Services.

§ Knowledge of cloud (preferably Azure).

§ Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., MQ, Kafka).

§ Understanding of retail/e-commerce order lifecycle and fulfillment processes.

§ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
