Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Rinvio is hiring an Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Construction for a full-time W2 role in Purcellville, VA. This role manages commercial electrical construction projects from estimating handoff and preconstruction through production, change management, billing, closeout, and field coordination.

The project manager reviews contract documents, schedules, drawings, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, buyouts, invoices, and project costs. This person also coordinates with foremen, superintendents, resource management, vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors to keep work moving safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Candidates should have at least three years of commercial electrical construction experience in an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager role. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, plan/spec review, Microsoft Office, Procore, and project management software skills are important. Timberline experience is a plus.

Pay is $90,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
