Job Description
A hospital-affiliated Obstetrics & Gynecology clinic is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative, well-established women's health team in a charming small city located in the beautiful Ozark Mountains on the Arkansas–Missouri border. The clinic is conveniently located less than two minutes from the hospital, allowing seamless access to inpatient services and surgical facilities.

Position Highlights
Full-time Obstetrics & Gynecology position
Hospital-affiliated clinic located less than 2 minutes from the hospital
Established team of OB/GYN physicians on staff
Approximately 650–700 babies delivered annually
Level II nursery supported by 3 pediatricians
24/7 anesthesia coverage
Access to advanced surgical technology including Da Vinci XI & Da Vinci 5 robotic systems
Mix of outpatient clinic, obstetrics, and surgical cases
Supportive administration and experienced clinical staff
Call schedule designed with sustainability and work-life balance in mind (8 weekdays per month & only 4 weekends per year)

Organization experienced in supporting international physicians through onboarding
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary ($400,000+) with production bonus opportunity
$75,000 commencement bonus and relocation assistance
Education stipend available, if applicable

Candidate Qualifications
MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Eligible for medical licensure in Arkansas
New graduates and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
