Key Responsibilities:
Support daily store operations and ensure smooth shift execution
Help lead, coach, and motivate team members
Delegate tasks and maintain accountability across shifts
Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and product quality
Address issues quickly and professionally
Partner with the Owner-Operator on team development and store performance
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous leadership experience (shift lead, key holder, or assistant manager preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to coach team members and provide constructive feedback
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Basic computer and math skills
Reliable and dependable with leadership mindset
