Physical Therapist (Outpatient / Orthopedic / Sports Medicine)

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $95,000 – $155,000+

Percentage of Production Bonus: 8%–18% of collections or quarterly profit-sharing

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000

Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $12,500

Student Loan Assistance: $5,000 – $20,000 annually

Annual Performance Bonus: $5,000 – $25,000+

Total Realistic First-Year Earnings: $115,000 – $185,000+

Position Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions

Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams

Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining strong clinical outcomes

Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and clinical growth opportunities

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Active or eligible Physical Therapy license
