Position: Performance Architect

Location: Georgia, Atlanta (Hybrid 3 days office)

Key Responsibilities:

Define Non-functional requirements and Enterprise Performance Engineering Strategy, Risk Assessment

Stakeholder Management

Delivery Excellence in performance testing across layers – Web, Mobile..

AI infusion strategy for performance engineering

Architect and oversee performance test environments, monitoring and observability solutions

Provide performance improvements analysis and recommendations, and optimization solutions

Review of performance results and enable Go/No-Go decisions & certification

Skills:

Strong experience in performance engineering principles and methodologies

Well versed in defining NFR, Workload

Deep understanding of Web, Mobile, API and Microservices architecture

Expertise in Neoload, dynaTrace/AppD, Appium+Browserstack, Lighthouse

Experience in Cloud platforms like Azure

Excellent ability to conduct RCA and provide tuning/ optimization recommendations

Performance testing of Banking applications is preferred

Excellent Communication skills
