Competitive Pay: $80,000 - $85,000/yr based on experience

Schedule: This is a Full-Time position working Monday-Friday, Day shift. (No weekend rotation. No Holidays.)

What You'll Do:

Serve as the organization’s primary training and education support, as well as the Flex Team clinical Lead

Responsible for driving organizational excellence by leading the EduCare platform, standardizing orientation/training programs, and traveling to communities to provide hand-on clinical training, quality assurance auditing, and supplemental training support

Key Accountabilities include: Organizational Training and EduCare Leadership. Community Clinical Support and "Flex" Staffing, and Staff Development and Performance

What You'll Need:

1 - 2 years of experience in Nursing Supervision or Geriatric Nursing preferred

1 - 2 years of experience as a Nursing Instructor and/or Education Lead

Registered Nurse with current MN licensure,
