Responsibilities

Engage with customers via live chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information with enthusiasm and professionalism

Assist customers in navigating websites, troubleshooting technical problems, and completing transactions efficiently

Promote products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales opportunities

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and ensure accurate documentation in our systems

Follow up on unresolved issues or escalations to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction

Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when transitioning conversations or handling complex queries

Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a strong asset

Proven experience in customer support, call center environments, or client services is preferred

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy are essential

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences

Experience with outbound calling or tele-sales is a plus but not mandatory

Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving techniques is necessary for success in this role

Ability to handle cash transactions or perform cash handling duties may be required depending on the specific position needs

Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment involving customer service, data management, or call center operations will be advantageous
