Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain sales, registration, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
Prepare, verify, and process documentation related to customer transactions and registrations.
Support cashiering activities, including handling payments and maintaining accurate records.
Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of sales and registration activities.
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of documents when required.
Assist in preparing reports and updating records within internal systems.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements
G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
Part qualification in AAT or a basic accounting qualification (mandatory).
Previous experience in documentation, administration, cashiering, or a similar role will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic understanding of accounting and administrative processes will be advantageous.
