Responsibilities
Supports the execution of daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, internal movements, and dispatch activities
Assists in coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries with transport providers and warehouse teams
Executes SAP transactions (goods receipt, stock transfers, adjustments) ensuring high data accuracy
Supports inventory management processes, including reconciliations and participation in physical stock counts
Assists in monitoring stock levels and reporting potential risks such as shortages or delays
Identifies and reports discrepancies (damages, missing quantities, delays) and escalates to the Warehouse Supervisor when required
Prepares, verifies, and maintains logistics documentation (delivery notes, container tracking, inbound records)
Updates operational trackers and supports preparation of basic logistics and performance reports
Ensures adherence to PepsiCo safety, quality, and warehouse procedures in all daily activities
Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Warehouse, Transport, Finance, Sales) to support operational needs
Provides operational support to the Warehouse Supervisor in daily planning and execution tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with strong focus on Excel
Familiarity with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is considered an advantage
Experience in FMCG or multinational environments will be considered a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
