Job description*:

Configure and support SAP ECC HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.

Configure and support SAP SF Employee Central modules

Understanding the integration between Employee central and other modules.

Able to understand integration issues and resolve between ECC HCM and SuccessFactors.

Conduct testing, documentation, training, and production support.

Optimize HR workflows and employee lifecycle processes

Analyze client’s business processes and HR system requirements

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Familiar with Data models, Foundation objects, Position management, Role-based permissions (RBP), Business Rules,

Workflows and Employee/Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS)
