Assistant Mill/Machine Operator

Job description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Assistant Mill/Machine Operator to manage milling operations, monitor production processes, maintain machine performance and ensure product quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor milling machinery and production processes

Ensure smooth plant operations and product quality as per job orders

Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for efficient operations

Maintain production records and machine logs

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies

Supervise and guide junior operational staff

Requirements:

Diploma/DAE Mechanical & Electronics or relevant technical qualification preferred

Experience in industrial/manufacturing operations preferred

Knowledge of machine operations and troubleshooting

Location:

Gulshan e Hadeed, Karachi
