Engineering Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervise day to day onsite roofing activities including installation,repair, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with blueprints technical specifications and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Lead and coordinate roofing installer on site to ensure jobs are completed on time and within the budget.

Technical Quality Control: Inspect completed roofing work for quality, compliance with manufacturer instructions and local building codes

Project Planning: Plan and schedule work sequences in coordination with production teams sales coordinator, installer and suppliers.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols including OSHA (The Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, fall protection and proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Resource Management: Manage inventory of materials, consumables and roofing equipment, coordinate deliveries from Production Department and Sales Coordinator

Documentation: Maintain accurate daily reports, including job progress, material usage and labor hours and submit them directly to the President.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or any related field

Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction specifically within he roofing industry.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of roofing systems, materials and installation techniques

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate field teams and installer, strong problem solving and decision making abilities

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients, installer, Sales Coordinator and Production Department

Software : Proficiency in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at significant heights and in varying weather conditions

Fitness to climb ladders and navigate complex roof structures

Other requirements: Valid driver's license

Amenable to work in field with main office at Timog Ave. Quezon City or Silang, Cavite
