Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the production team to meet operational targets and deadlines

Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety

Provide hands-on training and development to production staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning

Ensure all production activities adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to resolve issues and optimize production

Generate and analyze performance reports, identifying KPIs and implementing corrective actions as needed

Foster a positive, teamwork-oriented work environment and provide constructive feedback to production staff
