Case Manager Rn

Position Details:

20-week contract

Monday–Friday schedule

36 hours/week (guaranteed)

Pay: $65–$70 per hour

Requirements:

Hospice case management experience

Home hospice background

Active Vermont RN license

BLS certification

Typical start is within 2 weeks after offer acceptance and onboarding completion.
