We are seeking an Associate Production Planner to support end-to-end order management, production planning, and supply chain operations across multiple brand channels. This role is responsible for purchase order (PO) management, delivery tracking, reporting, and issue resolution, while partnering with cross-functional teams and offshore support.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management
Create, update, and maintain purchase orders (POs)
Manage PO amendments, order adjustments, and issue resolution
Monitor and maintain on-order reporting (OSR) including weekly reviews and monthly audits
Track delivery timelines, dye dates, and cut dates
Coordinate with offshore teams for data entry in SAP, Mainframe, or similar systems
Partner with Planning to adjust orders and ensure accuracy
Manage article setup and ongoing order lifecycle
Resolve order-related issues and escalate when necessary
Liabilities & Order Cancellations
Review and interpret order liabilities and financial impact
Ensure timely confirmation of liabilities post-order placement
Maintain and communicate liability reporting to internal stakeholders
Support raw material and contract reconciliation
Manage dispute resolution and case tracking
Perform risk assessment on expiring liabilities
Process and document order cancellations for reporting
Production & Capacity Planning
Ensure on-order accuracy and commitment tracking
Manage commitments not yet tied to purchase orders
Support production schedule creation and maintenance (CGL)
Update tracking tools to ensure cross-functional alignment
Enter key production milestones into systems (WIPS)
Participate in weekly production/planning meetings
Manage urgent/speed orders, including issue resolution and escalation
Maintain reporting for late deliveries and floorset impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal and external teams including:

Distribution Center Operations (DC Ops)
Planning & Merchandising
Product Development (PD)
Vendors & Regional Teams
Commercialization & Product Performance
Textiles / Raw Materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
1–3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, merchandising, or operations
Experience with purchase order management, order tracking, or inventory planning
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
Experience with SAP, Mainframe, or ERP systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
