Role 2: JrNetwork Engineer – Routing, Switching & Manufacturing Infrastructure Support

Focus Areas

• Core routing and switching support

• Data center and site infrastructure

• Fiber/cable plant and physical connectivity

Key Skills Required

• CCNA (preferred) or equivalent enterprise experience

• Strong Cisco routing & switching fundamentals

• OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP working knowledge

• Data center or site infrastructure experience

• Fiber and cabling (patching, SFPs, troubleshooting)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years experience

• Strong in routing/switching + infrastructure execution

• Solid troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable working in manufacturing / field environments

• Comfortable in data center and physical environments

General Expectations (Both Roles)

• Experience in enterprise environments (multi-site preferred)

• Ability to follow change control processes

• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

• Ability to work as part of a customer-integrated team
