### Content Moderator (Mandarin Speaker)

**Location:** Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

About the Role

We are looking for a **Content Moderator** to help maintain a safe and positive online environment for users worldwide. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.

️ Please note: This role may involve reviewing content that is sensitive, graphic, or disturbing in nature.

Salary & Schedule

**Salary:** Up to MYR 3,800 per month (including language allowance)

**Schedule:** Rotational 24/7 shifts (5 working days, 2 days off)

Responsibilities

* Review and moderate user-generated content on digital platforms.

* Classify, approve, or remove content based on company policies and community guidelines.

* Maintain high accuracy and quality while meeting performance targets.

* Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.

* Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of user information.

* Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

* Follow company procedures and moderation standards.

Requirements

* Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification.

* Fluent in **Mandarin** (C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).

* Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Able to handle exposure to potentially offensive, graphic, or sensitive content.

* Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

* Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 90% accuracy.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in content moderation, customer service, or other KPI-driven roles.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.

* Knowledge of internet policies, regulations, and digital safety practices is an advantage.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
