Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Computer Systems Engineer / Architect to support emergency communications modernization and systems integration initiatives. This role supports systems engineering, IP network architecture, interoperability efforts, and E-911 implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support systems engineering and architecture initiatives

Analyze network infrastructure and routing requirements

Support E-911 and emergency communications integrations

Conduct technical assessments and interface analyses

Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders

Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Support interoperability and communications modernization efforts

Qualifications & Requirements

Active Secret Clearance required

10+ years of systems engineering or network engineering experience

5+ years of IP routing and enterprise communications experience

Experience with SIP and VoIP technologies

Experience supporting E-911 or NG911 environments

Experience supporting DoD or Federal networks

Experience using Wireshark

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
