DEBURR TECHNICIAN

Position Summary

Remove excess metal, blemishes and/or burrs from product using a variety of hand tools and equipment according to the job traveler, or past specifics work instructions.

Duties Responsibilities

Read and comprehend job traveler instructions and follow established safety procedures.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Ability to use hand tools.

Preferred Skills

Proven experience in deburring product.

Good understanding of quality control principles.

Good communication skills (Verbal and written).

Visual Activity

Near acuity and accommodations is required for reading blueprints, inspection of equipment and visual inspection of parts.
