Job description*:

- Provide L2/L3 functional support for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrated platforms including M365, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

- Work with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective functional solutions.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes to prevent recurring issues.

- Support incident, problem, and change management using tools like ServiceNow.

- Manage integrations with Azure services, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Dataverse.

- Monitor application performance and ensure optimal usage across environments.

- Support automation workflows involving Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and third-party connectors.

- Collaborate with IT Infra teams handling Intune, SCCM, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and endpoint management.

- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards within Power Platform and M365.

- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for all supported applications.

- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, M365 ecosystem, and ITSM tools with excellent communication skills.
