Job description*:

- As a ServiceNow SAM & SAM Pro Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing Software Asset Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform for global enterprise clients. You will work closely with process consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to implement scalable, compliant, and optimized SAM solutions.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM / SAM Pro modules following OOTB-first best practices.

• Implement software normalization, entitlement models, license metrics, and compliance calculations.

• Develop integrations with discovery tools, ITOM Discovery, SCCM, Tanium, and other data sources.

• Configure reclamation workflows, optimization rules, and compliance dashboards.

• Support publisher-specific solutions (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, IBM, Adobe).

• Collaborate with CMDB and ITOM teams to ensure data accuracy and governance.

• Support UAT, defect resolution, and hypercare activities.

• Ensure adherence to Infosys quality standards, security, and documentation guidelines.

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM / SAM Pro implementations.

• Strong knowledge of software licensing concepts and compliance models.

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).

• Exposure to integrations using REST, MID Server, and import sets.

• Good understanding of CMDB and Discovery processes
