As a Remote Sales Associate (Leasing Specialist), you will play a key role in driving occupancy and revenue growth for Hmlet’s co-living portfolio. You will proactively connect with potential customers, manage inbound leads, coordinate property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and deliver a seamless customer experience from enquiry to move-in.
You will work closely with operations, marketing, and customer experience teams while contributing towards sales targets, retention goals, and overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach and pipeline management
Handling inbound sales enquiries within defined SLAs
Negotiating lease terms and closing deals aligned with company guidelines
Managing customer relationships and ensuring a positive resident experience
Coordinating property viewings with prospects and on-ground teams
Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales activities, and reporting updates
Monitoring pricing and inventory availability to ensure accurate customer quotations
Driving lease renewals and retention initiatives to minimise vacancy gaps
Collaborating with operations, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Achieving and exceeding occupancy, conversion, and revenue KPIs
Ideal Candidate
You have experience in sales, leasing, hospitality, account management, or real estate
You are passionate about sales and consistently achieving targets
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
You can speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese (preferred but not mandatory)
You thrive in fast-paced and multicultural work environments
You are customer-focused with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
You work well cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with different teams
You have hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
You are adaptable, self-driven, and comfortable working rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays
