Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
Handle customer or client concerns related to SQL / technical support
Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
Analyze customer queries and provide accurate support
Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations when needed
Maintain quality customer service and meet process targets
Qualification:
High School / Senior High School Graduate / College Graduate
Minimum 1 year overall work experience
Must have at least 1 year SQL experience
Candidates with IT-related educational background or technical support experience will be preferred
Good communication skills required
Must be willing to work onsite
Must be amenable to shifting / rotational schedule
Preferred Profile:
CSR / TSR experience with SQL knowledge
Technical support background
Basic database understanding
Good English communication
Willing to process immediately
