Job description*:

• Lead end to end UI delivery for complex features; own Design decisions for RN app layers (navigation, state, theming, modular components).

• Define and enforce design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards; enable dark mode, RTL, and dynamic type where required.

• Build user-facing features in React Native (JS/TS) with pixel accurate implementations of design systems

• Develop reusable UI components, hooks, and style libraries (e.g., Styled Components or RN StyleSheet); ensure component accessibility (A11y) and internationalization (i18n).

• Integrate native device capabilities . Ensure the UI is consistent across different devices and platforms Android and iOS.

• Consume REST/GraphQL APIs; manage state using Redux/RTK or React Query; handle offline sync and error states gracefully.

• Write unit and component tests (Jest, React Native Testing Library); support end to end tests (Detox/Appium) with QA.

• Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement; maintain clean Git hygiene and documentation.

• Triage bugs from production and app stores; collaborate with support/SRE for quick fixes.

• Take up performance engineering measures and improve TTI, JS/bridge overhead, memory usage; implement lazy loading, Hermes tuning, and native modules when needed.

• Own security & privacy by design: secure storage, sensitive logging controls, certificate pinning setup with platform teams, and PII handling conventions.

• Guide test strategy: test pyramid, E2E suites (Detox), non flaky test design, and release readiness criteria.
