Job Profile :
1) Attend Calls.
2) Maintain Visitor Register.
3) Maintain staff Register Incoming and outgoing.
4) Co-ordinate with department of incoming call and transfer.
5) Attend to Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
6) Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
7) Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
8) answer telephone, screen and direct calls
9) take and relay messages.
10) Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically.
11) Language known English, Marathi, Hindi.
