Responsibilities
• Assist clients with travel inquiries and vacation planning
• Research and recommend travel options based on client needs and budgets
• Book cruises, hotels, flights, resorts, excursions, and travel packages
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after travel
• Maintain communication with clients and suppliers
• Promote travel offers and special promotions through social media and other marketing channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable using computers, email, and online booking tools
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
