IT Infrastructure SharePoint Analyst Role

Join a dynamic team as a SharePoint Analyst, where you'll work on IT infrastructure projects to facilitate efficient content transfers.

In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of IT Change Management to navigate complex content transfers.

You'll work closely with delivery teams and GoA technical staff, ensuring that all transfer requirements are clearly defined and executed.

Additionally, you'll maintain essential technical documentation and provide training resources to support users.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with teams to enhance IT service delivery • Define detailed requirements with delivery teams and stakeholders • Create and maintain user guides and technical documentation • Advise on technical aspects of ECM solutions • Execute content mapping and migration processes Requirements: • Solid experience with complex SharePoint projects • Strong scripting knowledge, especially in PowerShell • Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and online environments • Understanding of GoA IT policies and practices • Ability to work autonomously and cooperatively Bring your skills to propel our IT initiatives forward and foster innovation.
