Joe Shmoe's Bar & Grill is hiring a skilled Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations and ensure food quality, consistency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee food production and kitchen staff
Manage inventory, purchasing and food safety compliance
Train and develop kitchen employees
Assist with menu updates and daily specials
Maintain operational standards and kitchen organization
What We’re Looking For:
Previous kitchen management experience
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Understanding of food cost controls and inventory systems
Availability for evening and weekend shifts
