The Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and enhance their experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
Document customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery
Assist in the development of customer support resources
Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic customer support team, working alongside other specialists and reporting to the Customer Support Manager.

Experience in customer service or support
Technical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with CRM software
Excellent communication skills

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
