Required Skills:

12+ years of Data Engineering experience

8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Data Lakes, and Spark

Strong experience in Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, and Data Analytics

Expertise in ETL/ELT development and data integration

Strong knowledge of Databricks CI/CD best practices, including DABs

Experience with MLOps and Machine Learning concepts

Exposure to AI-driven development, agent-based development, and migration projects

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills

Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Preferred:

Databricks and/or Microsoft Data Engineering Certification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
