Position: Japanese IT Project Manager (IT Project Management, Full dev lifecycle experience)

Company Industry: IT/BPO Company

Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City

Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)

Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)

Open to Filipino who has JLPT N1-N3 or Level 1-3

Can speak Japanese (JLPT is not a requirement)

Must be able to speak Basic English and basic Japanese

Must have technical language and knowledge IT Project Management, Full dev lifecycle experience.

The Main requirement: someone has an experience in required skills IT Project Management, Full dev lifecycle

Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu

The candidate can choose which is closer to their residence

Applicants located in Japan can apply

Degree holders or undergraduates of any course

Salary is open for negotiation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion

Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed

Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project

Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.

Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff

Working alongside clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to streamline processes
