PLACEMENTHEAD

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator Head to lead our

placement and corporate relations activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

establishing and maintaining strong industry connections, building and managing a placement

team, and ensuring successful student career placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain partnerships with reputed companies for campus recruitment

and internships.

Build, lead, and mentor the placement team to achieve departmental goals.

Plan, organize, and execute placement drives, career fairs, and recruitment events.

Coordinate with colleges, training institutes, and reputed educational organizations for

tie-ups.

Prepare placement reports, maintain databases, and track student placement progress.

Guide and support students in career planning, resume preparation, and interview

readiness.

Ensure strong relationships with corporate HRs and industry professionals

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.

Proven experience in college placements or reputed training/technical institutes.

Strong network of corporate contacts across industries.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills

Minimum 1 year experience in this field.
