Responsibilities:

Monitor resident health under the supervision of manager.

Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.

Maintain accurate records of resident care.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Collaborate with manager and other staff to develop personalized care plans.

Ensure a clean and safe living environment for residents.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.

Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.

Requirements:

Certification in caregiving preferred.

Previous experience in a caregiving role or healthcare setting is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Must pass background checks.

CPR certification is required; First Aid certification preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
