Schedule: Full-time

What You'll Do:

Coordinates production of printing orders at DAS Mainframe/Fulfillment Center:

Provides Print/Mail production intake

Performs quality control on print/mail orders

Reviews order requests & mailing requirements

Balance machine reports

Answers customer inquiries via email or phone

Reviews Prisma data as needed*

Provide Insight Station reporting*

Provide DFWorks reporting*

Work with management to coordinate production scheduling

Maintain valid forklift license*

Operates Inserting equipment as needed

Test new or changed customer applications:

Crawford testing quality control signoff*

Customer adhoc testing quality control sign off

Supports Infrastructure during Disaster Recovery Testing*

Coordinates Warrant Print/Mail:

Audits job tickets

PSI pickup slip requirements

Provides annual audit support to onsite auditors

Documents corrective action

Assists Copy Center with production operations as needed:

Works directly with Copy Center print coordinator

Communicates inventory delivery date

Provides PRO for work mailed or kitted at Integrity Drive

Provides printer and bindery support

Provides spoilage reporting

Other duties as assigned

12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in graphic communication technology.

Job Skills: Graphic Arts

Knowledge of:

1. Graphic communication technology;

2. Inventory control;

3. Agency printing guidelines & procedures*

4. Quality control methods;

5. File-based mail processing.

Skill in:

6. Operation of printing accessory equipment (e.g., cutter,);

7. Operating office & warehouse equipment (e.g., calculator, printer, copier, scanner, pallet jack, forklift);

8. PC with associated hardware, software & internet programs (e.g., MS Word, Outlook, Kronos*, DFWorks);

9. Providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to:

10.Understand system of mechanical procedures;

11. Write periodic reports & prepare specifications;

12. Comprehend & record information/figures accurately;

13. Estimate printing costs;

14.Analyze agency account coding functions & evaluate options;

15. Take initiative to solve problems;

16. Handle stressful situations at work. Developed after employment.
