Quality Assurance Manager

I wanted to reach out regarding an exciting Quality Assurance Manager opportunity with a leading food manufacturing organization located in Albert Lea, Minnesota.

This role is responsible for leading site-wide Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP/PCQI requirements, GFSI standards, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position will also lead a quality team and partner closely with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain to drive product quality and food safety excellence.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance leadership experience

• Food, Beverage, Supplement, Pharma, or Medical Device manufacturing background

• FDA-regulated environment experience

• HACCP and/or PCQI certification

• SQF, BRC, or GFSI experience

• CAPA, root cause analysis, and audit management experience
