Lead high-energy F45 group training sessions, providing modifications and encouragement to all fitness levels.

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and motivating studio culture.

Conduct fitness consultations and onboard new members.

Build strong relationships with members to increase retention and referrals.

Demonstrate and maintain a high level of physical fitness and knowledge of F45 programs.Company Description
