What You’ll Lead & OwnSet strategic direction for supply planning and financial planning teams to optimize inventory, cost structure, and logistics performance.

Drive key financial outcomes by owning Return on Capital Employed, EBIT, and cash-flow performance indicators.

Oversee capital planning and long-range profit planning processes.

Build KPI frameworks and analytical models to guide long-term operational and investment decisions.

Partner across all departments to align operational plans with strategic priorities.

Mentor accounting and materials teams, building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Develop and deliver executive-level business presentations and financial reports.

Lead annual business planning activities and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Maintain financial compliance and integrity across the organization.
