This is a 1099 (contractor)-to-hire position, with part-time opportunity after onboarding is completed.
Compensation & Perks
Uncapped Commission Based: Immediately earn 15-25% of total sales.
Base Salary: (Following 90-day onboarding).
Benefits: option to work completely remote and expense reimbursement.
The "Extras": Warm Leads, Supplies and support provided. As well as sales-related bonuses being implemented into our compensation schedule.
Duties
Prospect & Close: Use provided leads to manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close. This will be done as regular operations and at sales events as well.
Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and objections to provide solutions.
Supervisor Meetings: Attended weekly to review recent performance,
Hit Milestones: Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and commission targets.
CRM Mastery: Maintain clean and organized data in Monday.com.
Skills
The Closer: You have a proven track record of hitting targets (or the hunger to start).
Resilient: You view "No" as a detour, not a dead end.
Communicator: You can explain complex ideas simply and persuasively.
Coachability: You take feedback and turn it into improved performance immediately.
Experienced: While not required, sales experience is highly valued.
