Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Understanding the engineering principles to generate improvement through flow, layout, equipment, and people in order to improve results utilizing lean methodologies wherever possible.

Identify, manage, and champion innovative projects to advance productivity and enable LEAN principles across the plant

Define process parameters and criteria to ensure process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.

Analyze flows and capture data to identify opportunities of improvement

Develops and implements control systems and activities

Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed

Study production and machine requirements

Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance

Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality

REQUIREMENTS

• Industrial Engineer

• 3 - 5 years of experience in engineering or related areas

• Experience sorting and creating physical paths for different flows.

• Strong understanding of Time studies and System Optimizations based on queueing principles.

• Advanced English

• High attention to detail and installation aesthetic

• Organization & order comes naturally to you
