Job Summary: The SCADA Analyst collaborates with business partners to translate operational needs into technical SCADA requirements and designs. This role focuses on maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting data systems to ensure efficient clean energy operations while prioritizing continuous improvement and safety.
Responsibilities:
Delivers SCADA solutions within defined business processes, procedures, and industry standards.
Conducts system assessments, design, and development for various SCADA application components.
Configures and supports operational and measurement data gathering through SCADA and related software.
Maintains system functionality, including the development of screens, HMI displays, and data interfaces.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to data gathering and application performance.
Facilitates business processes by ensuring the reliability and accuracy of SCADA applications.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement lean processes.
Technical Skills:
SCADA Systems: Proficiency in operational and measurement data gathering; experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocols is preferred.
Database & SQL: Strong capability in writing SQL queries and a solid grasp of database development and management.
Scripting & Programming: Proficiency in Windows programming, specifically using Python or VBScript.
Infrastructure: Solid understanding of network operations, telecommunications, and general IT administration.
IT Systems: Prior experience in IT Full Stack or IT Administration roles.
Functional & Behavioral Skills:
Business Analysis: Ability to elicit requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and perform detailed system analysis.
Troubleshooting: Advanced problem-solving skills to identify and fix complex system issues.

Education & Experience:
Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in Operational Technology (OT), SCADA, IT Full Stack, or IT Administration.
Software: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and general PC skills.
